Rent rates: Vacation rental: 1 week minimum- $980.00 + security deposit + $250. non refundable cleaning fee

Executive rental: 1 month minimum- $3545. + security deposit + $250 non refundable cleaning fee

Year round rental: 6 month minimum- $2970. + security deposit + $250 non refundable cleaning fee

Conditions; All the above rental rates include utilities, cable and cleaning service every 2 weeks. Up to 2 pets are allowed however, as the yard is not completely enclosed pets will not be allowed outside except on a leash and in the company of the resident. Deposit amount will vary with the credit of the responsible tenant, length of lease and the number of residents occupying the property. No property will be held until the signed reservation form, signed credit application and security deposit have been received by the landlord. All parties to be aware that landlord is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada.
