Year Round rental: 6 month minimum- $2500. + security deposit and $150 non refundable cleaning fee

Conditions: All rates shown above include utilities, cable and housekeeping every 2 weeks. Up to 2 pets of appropriate size and disposition are acceptable however all animals must be on a leash and in the company of the resident at all times when outside. Deposit amount will be determined by the credit of the tenant, the duration of lease and the number of occupants in the home. No property will be held until the signed rental reservation, credit application and deposit have been received by the landlord.
